Every order is treated like ritual. But here’s what you should know before you press “buy.”

Where We Ship
We currently ship to select regions worldwide.
If you’re unsure whether your country is eligible, email us at untouchable@gorgeouscomplexmess.com before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
Each item is hand-packed and double-checked.
We don’t rush the sacred.
Shipping Times
Delivery estimates vary by region:
Domestic (within warehouse country): 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days depending on customs and carrier delays
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot predict or control them.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final. Perfume is personal, and our pieces are made in limited quantities. Once it leaves us, it’s yours — memory, scent, and all.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description
We’ll assess and, if eligible, send a replacement or partial refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee edits or cancellations.
If you made a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we’ll try — but we make no promises.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered.”
Please file a claim with the carrier. If you need help navigating that process, we’ll assist where we can.
